Oldham Council's Community Safety Service has secured a Closure Order on a property following persistent reports of anti-social behaviour and criminal activity. Magistrates granted the order under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The order is in place for three months and makes it an offence for anyone, including the occupants, to enter the property. Only emergency services are permitted access during this period.

Reports connected to the property included disorderly and intimidating behaviour and suspected drug-related activity. The order aims to provide respite to nearby residents and protect them from ongoing disruption.
