Oldham Market has welcomed more than 50,000 visitors since relocating to The Spindles shopping centre in March, as part of a £450 million town centre investment.
The market has generated significant increases in visitor numbers and trader sales. Footfall to the town centre has also risen as a result of the new location.

Mark Crossley at Crossley's Fish said the move has made a real difference to his business. "We've seen more people through our doors than ever before," he said. "We're welcoming plenty of new customers while also seeing lots of familiar faces returning."
He added that customers are travelling from Saddleworth, Shaw and Crompton to visit the new market, and described the community support as "amazing".
Patrick Scrivens at Town Barber Too reported a big increase in footfall since the move. He noted that the open layout of the building, which allows people to walk straight through, has brought new customers to the market stalls.
Ross McGivern at The Greenroom café and sandwich bar said the relocation has been "very positive", bringing both new customers and returning visitors. He highlighted that the ground floor location next to the front door provides good visibility and space for local organisations to use for events and workshops.
Kelly Bentley at The Hen House said trade has improved significantly, with a steady stream of new customers including council staff visiting during breaks and after work.
